Do you want to return a product?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the following options at your disposal 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order, from the receipt of the order, to return or exchange it. In the case of return of the entire order, the total amount of the products including shipping costs will be refunded, but not the return shipping costs. The consumer will have to pay the shipping costs of returning the goods when he has been previously informed of this.
If the return is for one or more defective items, the return costs will be borne by the seller. Ehe product will be returned in perfect condition without limiting the use of the product (provided that it does not go beyond the mere verification of the good condition and functioning of the product).
If the product is not returned in its original packaging, it may be subject to a depreciation of the value to be refunded.
Will my return be accepted?
Yes, always. Charges may be applied to the buyer if the returned item is damaged and/or missing parts or components, in which case the buyer will be advised in writing of the payment status.

Returned orders must include the purchase invoice, must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, since if the item is not returned in the same original packaging, a full refund is not assured.
Can I cancel an order?
You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. If the order has left our company's warehouse, you will not be able to cancel it, but you will be able to return it once it has been received.
Once you have received your order, you will be able to exchange a product of the order without waiting for its return and reimbursement to be processed. If the new order is for a lower price than the initial price, your bank card will be credited for the difference between the quantity of the returned products and the quantity of the products and items subject to a new order, minus the flat-rate price of the shipping costs of the new order.
