Delivery of orders:
Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the customer, therefore, AMBIENTAIR MEXICO does not assume any responsibility when the delivery cannot be made as a consequence of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete data provided. In case the delivery address is erroneous or the addressee subsequently modifies it, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery costs. In case the order is refused by the addressee or the addressee is absent, AMBIENTAIR MEXICO assumes no responsibility and reserves the right to charge the customer 100% of the order value.
Delivery to hospitals and/or public buildings:
Deliveries to Hospitals, Hotels, Public Organizations and other places where there are restrictions on access to the general public, will be delivered at the reception, or similar place, provided that hand delivery to the addressee is not possible. In this case, an attempt will be made to collect the signature of the receptionist or similar, and the order will be considered as delivered. For a more effective delivery of your order, we need you to make sure that you provide us with as much information as possible such as apartment name, room number, floor number, full name of the recipient.
Return of goods
Orders that cannot be delivered will remain a maximum of 15 days in the office closest to the destination of the order. During this period of time AMBIENTAIR MEXICO will try to locate the customer through the contact information provided by the customer at the time of purchase. If the customer cannot be located then the order will be returned to origin at the end of the 15 day margin.
